How can I make a table cell contain multiple lines?

I want to make a quarto table cell contain multiple lines, like a list blow。I have tried embeding <br> between words, but it doesn't work。

You can share a self-contained "working" (reproducible) Quarto document using the following syntax, i.e., using more backticks than you have in your document (usually four ````).
