Category tags do not refresh page in the dropdown memu

I use the dropdown menu in the main navigation to link the related blog posts/listing categories.
However, only the first one could automatically refresh the page.
Following categories do not automatically refresh the page when clicking and I have to click return to refresh it.

Thank you for the response. You can use my site as an example, https://drganghe.github.io/ , if you click the drop-down menu under "Publications", click the first one (anyone) will automatically refresh, the other ones following will not unless you enter to fresh the page.
