`quarto_render` is Positron fails

Due to as_job default it seems

> withr::with_dir(temp_demo, quarto::quarto_render())
Rendering project as background job (use as_job = FALSE to override)
Error:

I have had the same experience. I am able to run quarto render from the terminal within positron successfully.

I also encounter this one in Positron when trying to run quarto_render as part of a function. Terminal quarto render works as normal from positron.
