imports in Typescript quarto scripts unaware of bundled library

Importing a package from the bundled deno std library presents warnings like this in VS Code:

Do you think this is a problem with the Quarto VS Code extension?

I don't know if it's a problem with the quarto extension but I want the quarto extension to fix it?

The Quarto extension doesn't have any functionality to deal with Typescript AFAIK; I don't think it kicks in or does much of anything in a project involving Typescript.

@juliasilge I think we try to use Deno's LSP for it!

Specifically, I was thinking of https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto/blob/main/apps/vscode/src/providers/deno-config.ts#L23

But reading the code now, I think that only comes up for .qmd files with typescript code cells.

We definitely do something fancy with Lua files (so that we get completion for the quarto.* API)...
