Problem
In VSCode and Positron there is a loading spinner that appears in the bottom bar when a qmd preview is loading. If the preview errors, that spinner wasn't always dismissed and would stay spinning FOREVER!
Solution
always dismiss the loader after the preview process has finished and produced output.
