Citation

Dear all,

I don't have a problem citing references (citation --> from DOI) using the DOI method, but I notice how the result works when I cite them via Zotero.

1. How can I get the result of Gomes et al. (2011) from Zotero?

2. How do I cite the same authors but with different publication years?
   See e.g. Jones and Zitikis (2003, 2005, 2007)

I appreciate any help you can give me.
