Features suggestion: sortable columns icon of table, global default setting of components

Firstly, I would like to thank the author for contributing such an excellent framework. I have already completed several projects using Quasar. I don't know if the author has plans to support the following features:

1. In the table component, all sortable columns have icons to let users know which columns support sorting, just like:

2. Support global configuration of components, which can eliminate a large amount of duplicate code in pages, just like:

BTW, Both of the above features are supported by Quasar's competitive project Vuetify.

The icons are there but only show when hovering:

Global configuration would be a nice feature, but for the time being you can use your own wrapper component:

<template>
   <q-table ...custom-props... />
</template>

and import that instead of QTable in your pages.
