To add Address Book feature #112
Description
Users who need wallets for frequent crypto transactions could have a better experience with an address book.
Rather than searching for public keys and copied them from other external apps, users could add labels to commonly used accounts.

Technical details
Ideally, we can ask the address book data to the vault file, so this data can be shared across devices.
This should not be a breaking change for the apps not supporting the address book if we add the data to the first level in the json.
