Move test api to galleon-website

Copy over the queen json to be served by https://github.com/queen-raae/galleon-website so that the url we use in the readme becomes `https://galleon.tools/v1/queen` instead of `https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@raae/galleon-attributes@v1/dist/queen.json` to make it less confusing.
