DMON-Quad custom name 

The custom name eeprom register 92:92+16 doesn't seem to bring the custom name of the device but rather a random value. I have done a modification and I have found out that for the DMON-Quad (MDA/MDB) devices is 96:96+16. I can check later on if that is the case with other models too. 

Shall I do a pull request for this?
