Release workflows?

@xamgore - how are you planning on releasing this? Will there be workflows for publishing to crates.io?

I just call cargo publish from my terminal 🤷🏻‍♂️

@xamgore I got the python release workflow working. There is now an sdist and a ton of wheels on test-pypi: https://test.pypi.org/project/yake-rust/#files

I will change the workflow to regular pypi now. Then we can release it whenever we want. I suppose we can release the rust package and the python package at roughly the same time. Let me know when you've done cargo publish
