release 0.13.1 soon or ?

Hi, I would like to upload quickjs-ng to debian/unstable as soon as next release happens, and I'm somewhat waiting for several commits to be released before that (big endian and other bug fixes). Is it going to happen in a few days, or weeks ?

I can make a new release anytime really :-) @bnoordhuis are you currently working on something we'd like to see landed?

If not I can cut a 0.14 by the end of the week, we have 23 commits and some new features and fixes there.

For context: the idea of quickjs-ng in debian is to, as far as possible, build and use the shared (libqjs0) library.
Packages like libnginx-mod-js, edbrowse, opencrt2, and probably many others, would benefit from it.
(I mean by that: we checked that these packages actually build and pass tests when using the shared libqjs library)
