Package Entities

1.  When packaging a notebook entry, discover any related entity tables, and package what we know about them
2. When receiving entity-related events independent of notebooks, package them as their own package

Question: is there ANY useful information there, or is it just an opaque pointer to the Benchling Warehouse which we cannot access?
