Test: Add integration test for the new 'qunit' package

Expand the integration/adapters-run test to cover both
the legacy 'qunitjs' pac and 'qunitjs' packages.

Since this means we'll run fixtures/qunit.js twice,
make sure to clear `require.cache` in-between.
