[bug]: Not showing translation of a word when I hover over it.

Describe the bug

Idk if there is a setting or not: but earlier it used to show meaning of a word in English when I used to hover my mouse over it but now its showing nothing. when clicked it reads that word but doesn't show meaning when hovered.

Please fix it or if there's an update; please add the option so we can choose the setting.

`Only show the tooltip when the following conditions are met:

1. When the current character is of type Word.
2. When it's allowed to have word by word (won't be allowed for search results as of now).
3. When in translation view: the tooltip settings are set to either translation or transliteration or both.
   When in reading view: always show tooltip.`
