What is the best way to cite the package?

What would be the best way to cite the package? I couldn't find a white-paper. Should I cite the Zenodo repo?

We are currently writing a manuscript for this package. After we have an arXiv version of paper, we will add a citation bibtex file in the repo. and will notice you here. Before that, maybe just cite the Zenodo repo. ?
