Description

Summary of the update:

• To make the document source files' structure exactly the same as PAGES in make.jl, move the following pages to a new directory getting_started:
  • getting_started/brief_example.md (renamed from the original file getting_started.md)
  • getting_started/qutip_differences.md
  • getting_started/type_stability.md
• redirect the GPU support feature block in home page to CUDA extension page instead of Brief Example page
• add some comments and notes in documentation
