[✨] Allow vertical scroll even when touching a horizontal scroll

Kinda, the problem is that you can not use vertical scroll, when touching a horizontal scroll on phone.

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow one to use vertical scroll even when touching a horizontal scroll, perhaps this could be a prop of some sort.
The scenario I am having is that I have a page with a bunch of horizontal scrolls, and now I can't vertical scroll.

This should be fixed in 0.6.4, feel free to open a new issue if that's not the case!
