[migration] Update GNOME Extensions page

(Sorry if this is not [migration], but i'm a little confused if this should be a [feature] or [migration])

The GNOME Extensions page for Quick Settings Tweaks is still stuck at GNOME 48, while this extension already supports GNOME 49. Can you please update the GNOME Extensions page to make it easier for everyone? It should be as simple as uploading the new master branch, no?
