Windows Synergy v1 to Waynergy on NixOS - Random characters printing

Whatever terminal is open and active on my NixOS waynergy client has the letters/characters "428u" printed to terminal, over and over again.

Initial keymap wasnt working at all, found offset 8 made most of the standard windows server keyboard functional on the wayland client. 

Assumption is the offset hack may be related.

Note, same behavior when I am using Barrier on the Windows Server.
