Improve data visualizations/summaries to make the dashboard useful for the final users

This is quite a open task, we could open more focused sub-issues or comment on progress here.

The task is to review the current visualizations and improve them. This could be improving the design of the existing graphic/table or replacing it with something more useful.

The final users are:

• event organizers/core developers: interested in the progress of translation into different languages
• translation teams: interested in knowing the progress of different packages in their language
• existing contributors: interested in monitoring their personal contributions
• potential contributors: interested in how they can contribute (which languages/components need help)

PRs should be made to the main branch.

Currently, there is no information to create a table to show the number of translations by user and language. The user statistics does not include which language things were translated. This is not a problem for people who only translate to one language, but there are examples of people contributing translations to more than one language.

The plan is to add 2 plots and keep the last table "Percentage Distribution of Message Translation | Across Packages " the way it is. We made some progress designing the plots. Each one requires a little more work. And then they can be integrated into the dashboard.

We propose to use the following colors across the dashboard:

Plot 1: Progress for each package

The code is in this script. This is the first plot in the dashboard; it should go in the top left (when is ready)

• Switching to plotly
• Add filter for languages
• Use same colors and style
• Move legend to the bottom
• Check x axis and add %

The code is already in the index starting in line 100
