Finalize revdepcheck report

Two manual adjustments:
* portalr fails / does not fail, at random, due to long-running downloads. Also does not actually call usethis in its code
* butcher checks fine locally and in cloud (false positive by cloud_compare(), r-lib/revdepcheck#287)
