[Feature request] Zoom level in tm_minimap

Hi @mtennekes!

I noticed that a recent version of tmap introduced a function named tm_minimap() which adds minimaps to an existing plot. I really like it, thanks! I tested it in "plot" mode, and I was wondering whether it would be possible to adjust the zoom level of the minimap. The corresponding vignette says that, currently, there are no options implemented yet to change the appearance, so I guess that the answer is no. Is there any update on this point? Thanks!

Good question. Should be able to implement, but a bit tricky. E.g. with a global CRS and zoomed in, we need to enable the component frame (otherwise the crop will be ugly). We also need to think about other CRS's.
