(re) triggering actions

Hello!

Our organization just started to use the r-universe setup to make some of our GitHub packages available. I made a mistake while setting the r-universe repository on our organizational GitHub page. Noticed it only when the initial action failed - https://github.com/r-universe/ifpri/actions/runs/4800184545/jobs/8540804017

Renamed the repository to be now called universe (https://github.com/IFPRI/universe). The repository also contains a packages.json file based on https://ropensci.org/blog/2021/06/22/setup-runiverse/#the-packagesjson-registry-file.

From some other discussions, it appears that there is a 1 attempt per hour per package limit but what happens when the initial build fails like in our case. Is there a way to re-trigger this? Does the build on https://github.com/r-universe/ifpri run once again automatically after a certain time?

Edit: Just found https://github.com/r-universe-org/control-room/actions/workflows/sync.yml which probably takes care of this.
