search does not index README text

It seems that the search engine of r-universe does not explore the README area of CRAN packages.
Example with a search of the word "chatlas":

• https://r-universe.dev/search?q=chatlas returns nothing, whereas
• https://search.r-project.org/?P=chatlas returns 3 links.

The first link is correct and the one expected:

• https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/ellmer/readme/README.html => correct (chatlas is on line 4)
  and the other two are wrong as they refer to "Chatla"

Right now we index the following fields: https://github.com/r-universe-org/cranlike-server/blob/3ef114fb1da62bb2690e9dccf8fe8f8f140d386c/src/db.js#L69-L83

I am not sure if indexing text from README files will improve search results, or just add noise.

This is just an example where the information is available in one single place. Consider a tick-list in an "advanced search" button ? The file can be README, readme.html README.html.
