Echo code lines when executing code from editor pane

Currently when using command-enter to send code from the editor to the console the code is not echoed and just the output is displayed on the same line as the command prompt, see below for a quick example:

Seconded. In fact, the current behavior made me think command-enter didn't do anything useful (because I happened to try it on a multi-line piece of code, in which case all I get is a + sign).
