Bundling with vite/rollup now errors in 0.5.7

The context is this project but I don't think we're using webr or vite in any unexpected ways so I believe the issue is more general since #583

Hi,

Thank you for reporting this! We recently made a change to fix webR under Node as an ES module, but inadvertently broke bundling for the browser in the process, sorry about that.

I've added some extra tests in 48e922c and have published a new webR v0.5.8 to npm, would you mind testing if that version works any better for you now?
