Consider wasm64 (memory64)? #587

Description

@dipterix

Since Chrome 133, there has been a support for WASM64 (from memory64 specs) in two of the three major browser platforms. Is there any plans to migrate/fork webr to support WASM64 (such as webr64)?

I think the 64bit address is particular interesting/useful to R as R is copy on write, and can use more memories in serious projects. For example, in my attempt to compile an analysis that handles 384x384x384 imaging data, current webr can only (merely) handle one tensor in the browser.

On issue #414 (comment) :

One day we might migrate to "wasm64" when it is better supported in browsers.

Do you think it's a good time? ;P

Also I wonder how hard it would be to compile my own version of "webR64"?
