Cant Install the OS

Hi, even though i tried install the OS in diferrentes hardwares, VMs; donwloaded several times, burned on cd or usbs, It always thrown an error of FSTAB. that coudnt write the idkwtf of the idkwtf.

Hey guys,

Some people reported this too, please wait for some time. It's a simple grub installation issue, but we are not fixing it because huge changes are coming.

There is a new release coming soon, and it will be a huge update. Older iso's probably wont have these features.

As an insight, multios support will be added. You will install whatever OS you'd like in a VM (no live usb!!) phyOS will take care of the rest.

Instead of grub, rEFInd will be the default boot manager.

Now for the crazy part, there will be one initramfs image. Only one. Boot any kernel you want from that same initramfs. This has been never done before, i couldnt even find single article about it.

As for why this is crazy, linux package on every distro has initramfs dependency. You cant even remove it. But phyOS wont need it. It will boot any other OS you want by using one initramfs image. We are currently working on how to remove that packages so that on system updates you wont need to wait for generating images. No grub-mkconfig. No dkms hooks. Please give me some time, it needs testing and enormously hard to implement, we are a small team for now.

So I couldn't actually install it in a dual boot config alongside ParrotOS. The one time it "installed" I'd load into the splash screen with the spinning blue lines but it would sit there forever. I can dual boot other distros fine alongside ParrotOS Sec, I'm currently running Archcraft.
