Unable to locate the packet twisted-twisted-web

When I try to use Option capturing https credentials (20), it give me that:

I try to execute the command apt-get install python-twisted-web but it give me the same.
Can someone help me please?

Try: pip3 install twisted

It doesn't work :'(
It gave me the same: "E: Unable to locate the package python-twisted-web."
I think, I must install it manually (https://pkgs.org/download/python-twisted-web).
