End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This software (the “Software”) was jointly developed by Christopher Morris and GPT-5.1 Codex (“the Authors”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

  1. License Grant
    You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for lawful purposes.

  2. Ownership
    The Authors retain all intellectual property rights in and to the Software. This EULA does not transfer ownership.

  3. No Warranty
    The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  4. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall the Authors be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

  5. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Authors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the Software.

  6. Termination
    This EULA is effective until terminated. The Authors may terminate it at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

By using the Software you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA. The Authors are not responsible for any issues, damages, or misuse resulting from your use of the Software.
