Hope to add the following features 1: refresh after waking up .........

Hope to add the following features:  
1. When a dormant tab is woken up, its content has already been updated. Could it be set to automatically refresh after waking up?  
2. De-hibernate the next tab (the first tab to the right of the active tab) and the previous tab (the first tab to the left of the active tab), with the option to set this to 2-3 tabs?
