Apparently INE is also publishing some mobile-phone based statistics. It is quite niche, as it is tourism, but still very interesting https://www.ine.es/dynt3/inebase/en/index.htm?padre=8578&capsel=8581
This may be wrapped into a new function like spod_get_tourists().
