Xyce Transient Simulation with UIC or NOOP

I am trying to run a transient simulation with xyce backend and I would like to enable the "NOOP" or "UIC" flag to skip the DC operating point solution. The flag in the properties tab of the transient simulation block works for the ngspice backend but it does not seem to populate the flag for the xyce backend. Is there a way in qucs-s to directly alter the final output .cir file so that I can add this flag in?

Processing of UIC option for Xyce added by #1586. Now it should work the same as for Ngspice.
