Plot/Diagram not updating automatically after simulation on Windows (works fine on macOS)

After running a simulation , the diagram does not refresh automatically. I have to manually re-select the dataset in the diagram properties to see the new results. This happens across all projects on my Windows machine, even though the same workspace (synced via GitHub) works perfectly on my Mac.

What I've tried:
Reinstalled Qucs-s (no change).
Checked the dataset name (it matches the circuit name).
Verified that the simulation completes successfully.

I have recently tested the Windows installation and cannot reproduce the reported issue.
