CLOG Builder support for subdirs in project

Clog builder, seems to me, ignores subdirectories in project tree.

[not just me, even] cl-project & others put sources in src, tests in test or t; god forbid i add some .org/.md in doc, ... ;-)

Would it be too much of a hassle to support subdirs ? Would this be a good "intro issue" (where should one start digging)?

So the project panel only shows what the asdf files and folders would say are part of the project but not arbitrary directories. the directory panel does show them. I think offering some sort of way to easily switch between project or entire dir with a button would be very cool and easy to add.
