I will convert this issue to a GitHub discussion. Currently GitHub will automatically close and lock the issue even though your question will be transferred and responded to elsewhere. Bintray has shut down on May 1st.

There is no alternative archive of 3.6 community plugin releases and we are not interested in spending any time on it as 3.6 has been out of support for 3 years.

You can always build the plugin from source using a relevant GitHub tag.

By the way, supported plugin series (3.8.x) are distributed via GitHub releases.

The only option we can recommend is upgrading to 3.8.16 as you are close to 40 releases behind.
