• So, i rename rabbitmq.config to rabbitmq.conpig
• It works.

• I don't know why this happened.
• I use same rabbitmq.config file in Ubuntu 22.04 / RabbitMQ 3.13, and it is fine.

I just checked the documentation. I see that the rabbimq.**conf** file is in sysctl format and the rabbitmq.**config** file is in erlang terms format.
