Status queue in console - 3.13.3

When I access the "queues and streams" tab the queue is always in running state but this queue is not receiving any messages,

and when I click on the queue to validate its status, the actual state is idle. This happens with any queue.

In previous versions, when the queue was not in use, the idle state was reflected in the console.

Has anything changed in this version?
