HTTP API request fails with a Connection Reset

When I deploy the service on the centos 7 server and log in to the console interface, I get a getFullYear error. It's not that my server lacks a running environment. The deployed version of rabbitmq-server is 3.9.13

I will convert this issue to a GitHub discussion. Currently GitHub will automatically close and lock the issue even though your question will be transferred and responded to elsewhere. This is to let you know that we do not intend to ignore this but this is how the current GitHub conversion mechanism makes it seem for the users :(

"Connection reset" means a TCP connection was closed by the server. Start with Troubleshooting Networking.

Clearing browser cache is a recommended procedure between upgrades but I doubt it is relevant here.
