RabbitMQ account on Cloudsmith.io will hit 100% of its OSS quota in the next hour.
There is a chance that all downloads will be blocked for about 14 hours (when the monthly quota rolls over) instead of incurring some kind of overage on our account.
You can switch to PackageCloud for provisioning packages, or download them from GitHub. Both do not have a similar quota, and downloads from GitHub are entirely free for open source projects in terms of bandwidth.
For example, our zero dependency Erlang RPM can be installed with a direct download from GitHub since it is a single file.
