Unable to connect with Rabbitmq stomp

hi,
I am trying to work with RabbitMQ-stomp plugin for the first time. I have done the rabbit MQ setup using the available docker image.

Now the node is listening to 5672 & 15672. And the docker container listening to 61613 inside docker container.

When i try to connect from other node(controller) to this stomp server with 61613, am unable to connect. What is missing here ?

Can you please guide.
