Brew services start rabbitmq and got "Bootstrap failed: 5: Input/output error"

Describe the bug

Today I faced with problem with rabbitmq via homebrew.
When I tried run this command:

brew services start rabbitmq
Bootstrap failed: 5: Input/output error
Try re-running the command as root for richer errors.
Error: Failure while executing; `/bin/launchctl bootstrap gui/502 /Users/p.starkov/Library/LaunchAgents/homebrew.mxcl.rabbitmq.plist` exited with 5.

I got this error. I tried to restart, uninstall and install again, update brew. Nothing helps me.

1. Download rabbitmq using brew
2. Run command brew services start rabbitmq
3. Run command brew services
   Actual result
   In list of running apps, I see rabbitmq but service is stopped.

In list of running apps, I see rabbitmq and his status is running.

1. This is RabbitMQ 3.9, which is out of support already
2. In the logs, you can see timeout on disk-related operations Command timed out: '/bin/df -kP /usr/local/var/lib/rabbitmq/mnesia/rabbit@localhost'. This indeed suggests your disk is in a bad shape I guess

Ok, do u have any recommendation how I can fix my problem?

It seems to be an infrastructure-level problem. Perhaps a disk that needs to be replaced or something else. Nothing to do with RabbitMQ itself in my opinion

Tried to run rabbit from docker. It's work!

This is not a problem that affects all installations. I just installed and started it just fine:

To start rabbitmq now and restart at login:
  brew services start rabbitmq
Or, if you don't want/need a background service you can just run:
  CONF_ENV_FILE="/opt/homebrew/etc/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-env.conf" /opt/homebrew/opt/rabbitmq/sbin/rabbitmq-server

Disable this behaviour by setting HOMEBREW_NO_INSTALL_CLEANUP.

It can be something on the brew level or operating system level. You need to do some digging, I'm not sure how we can help.

Can you try please to run with CONF_ENV_FILE="/opt/homebrew/etc/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-env.conf" /opt/homebrew/opt/rabbitmq/sbin/rabbitmq-server ?
