You must be logged in to vote

You are not supposed to access it in a Web browser. That will not work, by design. You must set up a repository file for tools such as dnf, yum, or their respective mirroring solutions in order to use the mirrors. Both Debian and RPM guides explain how to do that.

Here is how to set up an apt mirror. The process is similar for dnf/yum repositories but uses a tool called reposync.
