dependency redbug has been updated in 4.0.x but not in 4.1.x

### Describe the bug

I noticed that 4.1.x comes with an earlier version of redbug (2.0.7) than 4.0.x (2.1.0).
Functionally I don't have any issue with that, I was just surprised :-)

### Reproduction steps

Compare [rabbitmq-components.mk] in 4.1.x and 4.0.x branches.

### Expected behavior

redbug version in 4.1.x is higher or equal to redbug in 4.0.x
