Describe the bug

rabbitmq version :3.9.13. A cluster of 3 nodes. Each node in the RabbitMQ cluster executes clusterstatus, but the displayed clustername is the host name of each node, why.?

Expected behavior

Each node in the RabbitMQ cluster executes cluster_status, but the displayed clustername is the host name of each node

Expected behavior:
After the cluster node machine loses power, restart the node
