@lukebakken if we are sure we want those nested group queries to do case-insensitive matches, this looks good.

We need to decide whether this is a common approach.

It seems to be. All of the test queries I've run with ldapsearch have been case-insensitive. I have one more small in_group_nested bug to fix. Apparently this feature is not used very often, or if it is, case is always consistent!
