HTTP API documentation is missing some endpoints

The HTTP APIs added in #8532 are not documented anywhere.
They dont appear in the Management plugin HTTP API reference and they are not documented at https://www.rabbitmq.com/docs/http-api-reference

Where would I find:

1. Details on the API bodies? I dont know Erlang.
2. Where is the management HTTP API page(s)? I think it is here in rabbitmq-server/deps/rabbitmq_management/priv/www/api/index.html but is that generated from anywhere?

I am assuming docs/http-api-reference.md in this repo is the right one to change, are there any others? I havent seen anywhere else.

The guide is in rabbitmq/rabbitmq-website.

Request body and other things can be found in the tests added together with the endpoints, it's

for replicas/on/{node}/grow and replicas/on/{node}/shrink.

The --membership equivalent of rabbitmq-queues grow does not exist in the HTTP API endpoint.
