Is it possible to ban an ip permanently with Rack::Attack::Fail2Ban.filter?

I'd like a banned ip to stay banned, but I haven't been able to find a way after reading sources/issues.

Redis's doc states that a key stays permanently if set without "Expire", but Rack::Attack::Fail2Ban.filter says you must pass the bantime option.

Normally Redis keys are created without an associated time to live. The key will simply live forever, unless it is removed by the user in an explicit way, for instance using the DEL command.

Fail2Ban's doc states that a negative number is considered "permanent", but passing a negative number to Rack::Attack::Fail2Ban.filter would result in an error because it just passes the number to SETEX where a negative number is considered invalid.

Duration (in seconds) for IP to be banned for. Negative number for "permanent" ban.
