Add Domain dropdown box for skyline

Have a client using domain specific keystone configs when connecting AD/LDAP configs in keystone. As per client, they want a ease of use to set the default domain in skyline AND have the multi-domain dropdown box from the login prompt. What to know what code changes need to be done and which file location to make that change. also if we can enable as a deployment yaml config override for this.

The default domain can be configured using this parameter:
